I came to Altea twenty years ago, and I never left.

I do not believe in agency speak. I believe in conversations.

I am Andrea Dourado Lopez. I was born in Buenos Aires, raised between the Pampas and the sea, and I came to Spain in my twenties for a year. I never went home.

For two decades, I have helped people find homes here — first by accident, when a friend asked me to look at a finca outside Jávea, and then by reputation. The world is small at the top: my clients introduce me to my next clients, and that is the only marketing I have ever done.

Most of the people I work with are international. They are American, Northern European, Latin American. They have built lives, businesses, and reputations in their own cities, and they are looking for a second home — a quieter one, a softer one, one with golden light and an ocean nearby. They do not want an agency. They want one person.

That is what I am.
